By now, you are well aware that complications from the COVID-19 virus are impacting events across the country, and that includes SCCA Track Night in America Events. The health and safety of our members, participants and staff remains our top priority and, as such, we have made the decision to suspend this Track Night at Charlotte Motor Speedway scheduled for April 16th.

For the most up-to-date information on SCCA’s response to coronavirus, please watch for official announcements posted on scca.com.

___________________________________________________________

Track Night in America will take place on the 2.25-Mile "Roval" at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The roval incorporates sections of the world-famous oval and the infield road course which features a fast banked corner and elevation changes.

Charlotte Motor Speedway sits just 13 miles from Charlotte, NC and just outside the I-485 beltway, making for easy-access for those in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.

When you arrive: Drive in the main entrance at the intersection of Bruton Smith Blvd and Highway 29. When you get on the grounds, turn left and come all the way around the back of the track to Gate 26 – sign the track waiver and come on in.

Track Touring Laps Participants: After going through the tunnel, you will go past a painted traffic circle – please park in the lot on the other side of that circle. Then walk down to the garages to check in, sign the SCCA waiver, and then socialize and hang out until it is time to go on track.

KONI Novice/Intermediate/Advanced Drivers: After entering the track through the tunnel, turn left. We'll be paddocked in the Cup garage area on your right.  Garages are open to use, but on a first-come first serve. Please leave the area forward of the “GRID” sign open for, well… grid.

Check in will be in garage #1.

Is it possible this event ( and other Track Nights) will be cancelled/postponed due to the Corona Virus? IMSA/WEC/NASCAR/MOTOGP are already cancelling and/or postponing (or running races with no spectators) a lot of races that could interfere with rescheduling.

Yes, this event has now been suspended due to COVID-19. We hope to see you back out there soon!
