Most sanctioning bodies are allowing 2005 through the 2016 season as a grace period (since official 2015 helmets didn't hit the market until October/November) but you will need at least a 2010 next year.
Yes!! I was hoping this program would continue. I had a blast at PBIR last year. It was my first track day and I look forward to doing it again at least once this year :)

Do the helmets need to meet Snell SA2015 standards?
Nope, not SA2015. But do need SA2005 at least.
