Tear down should start during the last group if possible.

• Collect and pack paddock signs.
• Take down banners, roll them up and put them in equipment box(es).
• Inventory packets, waivers, wrist bands and incident reports to send to office.
• Retrieve and pack passing zone signs.
• Put all equipment in designated safe space at track or with designated caretaker.
• Return all borrowed track equipment (i.e. radios, flags, etc.)
• Make sure all signed waivers and tech forms are with you to send to office.
• Stay until all participants have left. Everyone should be gone by 9:00PM or designated time by the track.
