ADDITIONAL TRACK INFORMATION

I was at this event in June and the "pit lane" you should see on the track map (under additional track information) is just the parking lot between the track and Ames Field. So you can see plenty from there of the straight between turns 15 and 1, and honestly a lot of the rest of the track too. For the July event I believe they had to have the grid/paddock area in the lot to the west of the baseball field for some reason, but either way you should be able to spectate reasonably well. Spectating and the track touring laps at 6PM are free to ride along with someone.
I'll be at this one in August and I'd be happy to take one of you for some tour laps (which are just at lower speed) to see the track and I'm sure we could find someone else to give the other person a ride along for that as well if you want. If you end up going, my name is Austin and I'll be there with an Exocet (green kit car) so feel free to come say hi!
Hello. Is there an option for spectators ? My son is attending DCTC. He and I would love to check out the activities on the track, but don’t need to fully participate or spend the $185 each to get tickets. Any thoughts?
