In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus for all of our participants and our staff.

It is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether to participate in this event. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please contact Jack Track regarding your entry and stay home. If you have been in contact with someone who has been experiencing these symptoms in the last two weeks, please contact Jack Track regarding your entry and stay home.

Please take this seriously. Everyone has different concerns about the risk of infection, and it is important to take everyone's feelings into consideration. The approach we are taking and asking you to join us in is much in alignment with our "same team" approach. Just as your safety and well-being on track depend on everyone working together, the same applies in the paddock as well. As such, we ask that everyone respect the health concerns of others, whether you share them or not.

While on-site please take the health and safety of your fellow participants, volunteers, and staff into consideration and practice social distancing, wear a mask, and wash your hands, and/or use hand sanitizer frequently. All attendees and staff will be required to wear a face-covering (mask, bandana, balaclava, etc.) any time they are outside of their own vehicle or personal parking spot.

Track Nighters will enter and check in at Gate 40- after check-in participants may head to the parking area adjacent to the International Horseshoe marked as Track Night Paddock on the map.

When you arrive at gate 40, look for the Grassroots Motorsports Pop-up, bring you helmet and tech sheet and come see us.  If you do not have a tech sheet, one will be provided for you.

After you are checked in, you will head into the speedway, and we will paddock adjacent to the International Horseshoe Stands.  We would like to have all of the Novices checked in by 4:00 in preparation for the KONI Novice Meeting at 4:30.  If you are an Intermediate or Advanced driver, please be checked in by 4:30.

Grid will be on the Truck Pad- where we briefly staged last time.  For each session we will make a PA call for drivers to come to the grid, so you may return to paddock between sessions, mingle or watch other drivers on track.

I just registered and find that I am on the wait list for the Advanced group.  Is there any chance that the cap on the Advanced group will be extended.  If so, will I be notified?

    Kathleen Barnes

We do not extend the caps on the groups because that takes away the fun for everyone.  We do get cancellations and work with the waitlist to fill openings.

    Eric Seda

To spectate do i have to register ?

    Kathleen Barnes

    At this time no.

I am on the waiting list for Novice/Daytona Apirl event. I read in a previous email the registration is released in a multi tier/day approach. With that said how should I go about trying to register at the next available window for the April Daytona event?
Also does being a member of SCCA have any influence on getting an open spot at Daytona?
    Thank you so much!

    Kathleen Barnes

All the spots for the April 30th event have been filled.  The next group of events which will open for registration are the June events which open on April 1 -

I see so by tiered registration they mean the events will open up monthly but when they do all slots are available at once correct?

I am an SCCA member and the member price wasn't reflected or available when I checked out.  I was logged in at the time of purchase.  Will you refund the difference?

    Kathleen Barnes
    Robert D Johnston

I am a 25 year SCCA member and I just want to volunteer and participate in track touring. Registration is a genuine P I A!

    Kathleen Barnes

Hi Robert -  registration will be opening at noon today for the Track Tours and the volunteers.  Thank you for being a member-volunteer.
