I just registered and was put on a waitlist. when double-checking I got this message: "

You are already registered for this event. If you have not completed checkout, please check your cart for a pending registration." So... I check my cart and got this message:  

"Your shopping cart is empty.

Cancellation Policy: Here at Track Night, we understand things happen, plans change, cars may need unexpected maintenance, and other issues do occur, creating the need to cancel occasionally. While we cannot give refunds, we can transfer your event registration to another entrant, or issue a credit for your event entry payment to be applied toward a future order. Merchandise may not be returned, but it may be exchanged. All requests for changes or credits must be in by 4pm Central time the day before your event."

Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot... er, uh, what's up with that?  ;)

You are on the wait list.  The cancellation policy goes until the day before so you may be contacted as late as August 5 for this event.
