Built on the “radical” idea that motorsports should be welcoming, approachable, and unapologetically fun, TNiA lives up to its #funwithcars promise every single time the green flag drops. Yet while the tracks help bring those smiles for miles, the secret sauce is really the coaches and staff. So, if your idea of having a good time is helping someone have the best on-track session of their life, it sounds like you’re the awesome kind of person we need as a Track Night coach. At its core, Track Night in America is about access, not ego. No competition license. No experience required. No pressure to be fast or fancy. Just a safe, sane, well-run way for people to experience life at speed on real racetracks. Over the past decade, nearly 85,000 drivers have taken the plunge at more than four dozen venues across the country – and yes, most of them immediately got hooked on the thrill.
How they get there is through those who dedicate their time to Track Night off the track. Coaching, event leadership, admin work, creative support – you name it. Nearly 1,300 events so far have been powered by people who discovered that helping others go faster (and safer) is its own adrenaline rush.
As Track Night gears up for 2026, the program is looking to add more personalities to the lineup. These roles are all about facilitating fun – mixing enthusiasm with education and sending drivers home more confident (and happier) than when they showed up.
Openings include event leads, coaches, administrative support, photographers, and more. Some positions come with compensation, but the real reward is paddock-side: drivers climbing out of their cars buzzing, laughing, and immediately asking, “So…when’s the next one?”
