Ride “The Ridge” with Track Night!

“The Ridge,” heard of it? It’s not where teens go to “make out” after being booted from the fast food parking lots. For motorsport enthusiasts, “The Ridge” refers to Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, Washington. Situated about 90 minutes southwest of downtown Seattle; the 16-turn, 2.47-mile circuit with over 300 feet of elevation change is euphoric for drivers.

Ridge Motorsports Park has just three Track Night events remaining this year. Register soon! Spots are going fast!

Green Dream vs. Green Hell

Running through a lush forest, Germany’s Nürburgring is a “bucket list” track for many motorsport enthusiasts. At 15 miles and too many turns to count, it’s sometimes referred to as the “Green Hell.” Skip the expensive flight to Germany and embrace the Green Dream that is Ridge Motorsports Park!

Each lap of The Ridge presents high-speed straights and sweeper turns. There are grip-filled compressions and challenging esses; and don’t miss the blind, weightless crests sure to thrill. A long carousel bend challenges drivers to walk a tightrope between speed and grip, followed by a double-apex turn descending unto another valley and cresting into a heavy braking zone. Finally, there’s a breathtaking plunge down a ridge and through a technically difficult sequence of turns before it all starts again!

Need to drive 15 miles through a lush, gorgeous forest? Seven laps at The Ridge will achieve that… and you won’t have to learn German. Check out the video below to see what we mean.

Stunning Northwest Vacation & Track Time.

The Ridge is as much a park as it is a motorsports complex. Set in a relaxed, rural location only minutes from the Olympic National Forest and Hood Canal, the track also presents stunning views of Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens in the distance. It’s an amazing, dreamlike vision of majestic trees and colorful wildflowers for those who make the trip.

The Northwest is always beautiful any time of year, so go ahead and lock down your Track Night in America Driven by Tire Rack spot at Ridge Motorsports Park today.
