 ine’s top six road courses in the nation\, VIRginia International Racewa
 y is a multi-purpose road course offering professional and amateur auto 
 and motorcycle racing\, as well as a wide range of track events. Each ye
 ar\, VIR draws tens of thousands of spectators for some of the best road
  racing in the country. Its uphill Esses and sharp elevation changes not
  only make it a fan and driver favorite but have also established it as 
 a prominent testing facility for the automotive industry.\nThis event wi
 ll include two opportunities to participate in a Track Day!  Want to dri
 ve on track\, but want to keep it casual?  The Track Day events are offe
 red separately on Saturday and Sunday\, with each driver getting three t
 wenty-minute sessions on track. Want to do both days? No problem!  Sign 
 up for both and double your fun!  \nEVENT FORMAT\nFor this Track Event\,
  the sessions will be split into two groups.\n\nGroup A will be passing 
 only on the straightaways with a point-by. If you have minimal previous 
 track experience or you prefer passing only on the straightaways\, this 
 group is for you. \nGroup B will be passing anywhere with a point-by. On
 ly drivers with previous track event experience should register for this
  group. Track Night in America Advanced group participation or multiple 
 events of Intermediate group participation (or equivalent) would be appr
 opriate. \n\nPRICING (PER DAY)\nGroup A and B Track Event Drivers: $240J
 oin SCCA and Save! Members Pay: $220\nTRACK SPECIFIC RULES\n\nAn SA2015 
 or SA2020 helmet is required for this event. No other helmets will be pe
 rmitted. \nAll convertible vehicles must be equipped with an appropriate
  roll bar for this event. Note from VIR: Many manufacturers’ roll hoops\
 , roll bars designed for street use (non-racing)\, as well as roll bars 
 that terminate below the top of the operator’s helmet\, shall not be app
 roved. Factory or aftermarket hardtops are not considered to be rollover
  protection. \nIf you have a Time Trials-approved car that is not a stre
 etcar or legally plated kit car\, the track has additional safety requir
 ements that the driver must wear a one-piece SFI or FIA-rated driver's s
 uit with a minimum of two layers. \n\nEVENT INFO &amp\; CHECK-IN\nAll pa
 rticipants must be registered prior to 7:00 am on March 11th to be permi

 n\n\n\nOTHER ON-SITE EXCITEMENT\n\nA full weekend's worth of Time Trials
  competition! 2 Practice sessions on Sat morning\, followed by 6 more se
 ssions to get your fastest laps in!  Each drivers final score will come 
 from combining the best times from three sets of sessions. Groups will b
 e built by experience for practice\, then all non-novice drivers will be
  combined and re-grouped by lap time allowing for a better opportunity t
