DESCRIPTION:Pacific Raceway's 2.25-mile road course has a legendary past.
  Built in 1959 and first opened in 1960\, the 10-turn road course was a 
 mainstay on the USAC and Trans Am schedule in the 1960s and 70s. A verit
 able Who's Who of road racing greats have called on Pacific Raceway's te
 chnically-challenging road course including Mario Andretti\, Parnelli Jo
 nes\, Dan Gurney\, Mark Donohue\, and Dale Earnhardt to name a few.\nTod
 ay\, Pacific Raceway's road course features a number of race organizatio
 ns such as SCCA\, IRDC\, SOVREN\, Pacific Northwest Historics\, and Wash
