Question 1: Is it registered for street use? If yes, then you are good to go.
Question 2: If not, could it be? And if yes-
Question 3: who is driving it? If it is a licensed racer, then Track Night is not the proper venue. If it is someone who is getting an introduction (as outlined in the waiver section of the policy), then they are good to go.
If it is a racer (or team) that is looking to test/practice/shake down a competition vehicle, that is outside of our rules and intention of the program.
